What data we process and why

We process the data you send us through the request form: company, name, job title, email, phone number and event details. We use it solely to prepare and send you the proposal and to manage your booking if you confirm it. To protect the form from abuse, the server also processes your IP address, keeping only a pseudonymised fingerprint of it for a maximum of 24 hours.

Legal basis

Taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and protecting the form from abuse (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and Article 19 of Spanish Organic Law 3/2018).

How long we keep it

For as long as we are handling your request and, if the event is not booked, for a maximum of 12 months. If it is booked, for the periods required by tax and commercial law.

Who we share it with

We do not disclose your data to third parties unless required by law. The following access it only to provide their services to us, as data processors: Hostinger (website hosting and form delivery) and Google (Google Workspace, which hosts the events inbox on the domain of our franchisor, Sandbox VR). Google may process data outside the European Union with the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability by writing to the email address above, and lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).
